These terms govern your use of shopmaxxx.com, operated by Shop Maxxx LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not, please stop using the site.

1. Nature of this site

shopmaxxx.com is presented as a demonstration storefront. No order placed through it creates a contract of sale, no payment is taken, and no goods are dispatched. The checkout is a functioning interface with no processor behind it. Do not treat a confirmation page as evidence of a purchase.

2. Product information

We describe the cap as accurately as we can, including its materials, measurements and care requirements. Photography is representative; screens differ, and the cream and lilac tones in particular can render differently from one display to another. Measurements are given with a normal manufacturing tolerance of roughly half an inch.

3. Pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude tax, which is estimated at checkout. Compare-at prices refer to the recommended retail price for the same item. We may change prices at any time, but a change never applies retroactively to an order already placed.

4. Volume discounts

The buy-more-save-more tiers (10% at two units, 15% at three, 25% at five) are applied automatically in the cart. They cannot be combined with other promotions unless we say otherwise in writing.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its hosting;
• scrape, mirror or republish the site's content or photography without permission;
• interfere with the site's operation, or with another user's use of it.

6. Intellectual property

The Shop Maxxx name and mark, the site design, and the written copy are the property of Shop Maxxx LLC. Product photography is used under licence from the manufacturer. You may not reuse any of it commercially without written permission.

7. Third-party links

Where we link to another site we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their availability, or their privacy practices.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shop Maxxx LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Shop Maxxx LLC against any claim arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts sitting in Cook County, Illinois have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

12. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies.

13. Shipping, returns and cancellations

Delivery destinations, dispatch cut-offs, costs and timescales are set out in our shipping & delivery policy. Order cancellation, the 30-day return window and refund timing are set out in our refund, returns & cancellation policy. Both documents form part of these terms, and nothing in either of them limits the statutory rights you have where you live.
