Privacy policy

This policy explains what happens to information you enter on shopmaxxx.com. It is short, because the honest answer is: almost nothing happens to it.

What is stored, and where

Two things are written to your own browser and stay there:

• Your cart quantity, saved in localStorage so the basket survives a page reload.
• A wishlist flag, if you tap the wishlist button.

Immediately after a demo checkout, an order reference and the totals are held in sessionStorage just long enough for the confirmation page to display them, and are deleted the moment that page renders. Clearing your browser data removes all of it. None of it reaches a server.

Payment card details

The card number, expiry date, security code and cardholder name you enter at checkout are used for one purpose: client-side format validation, so the demo can show you a realistic error if the number fails a Luhn check or the card has expired. The fields are cleared before the confirmation page loads. Nothing about the card — not even the last four digits — is kept, written to storage, or sent over the network.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. The one external request the page makes is to Google Fonts, to load the two typefaces used in the design; that request is subject to Google's privacy policy. If you would rather avoid it, blocking fonts.googleapis.com leaves the site fully usable with fallback fonts.

Server logs

Like any website, requests to shopmaxxx.com may appear in standard web-server access logs kept by our hosting provider. These typically contain an IP address, a timestamp, the requested URL and a browser user-agent string. They are used for security and troubleshooting only, are not linked to any individual, and are rotated on the host's own schedule.

If you email us

Messages sent to support@shopmaxxx.com sit in our mailbox so we can reply to you. We do not add senders to a marketing list. Ask us to delete a thread and we will.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete personal information a business holds about you — including under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the GDPR. Because this site holds no personal information on any server, there is in practice nothing for us to produce or erase. If you would still like written confirmation of that, email us and we will send it.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
